Always have had good experiences when face to face with the tellers, drive Thu is usually slow and rarely have multiple open (at least when I'm trying to go through), but the absolute worst thing you could do with Kohler is to try to call and ask a question. It simply will not be answered. The entire process is automated, and the chances of speaking to a real person, even if you've waited for an hour, is slim to none. So frustrating!

My card is about to expire and they told me they sent a card that never came. Then they told me they had to cancel my current card and I wouldn’t have it for 7-10 business days or I could pay 80 dollars to have it there sooner. Even though I’ve called three times and they’ve told me it was still coming each time. The lady on the phone never even attempted to help me or make things right. Now I have bills to pay and I’m gonna have an even harder time paying them. Thanks for looking out for me Kohler credit union.

I don't bank here, but one of my coworkers has problems all the time. However, I have friends that love it.

This bank sucks. Tried calling because it wouldn't let me go on my online banking and you can call over and over and only get automated responses. It is nearly impossible to talk to an actual person. Major frustration.

Phone system is all automated, can't get in touch with anyone. Mortgage department has not returned calls. Just have someone answer the phones.
