I purchased a 2016 z06 on Dec.28-2016 as a new vehicle to be told on 4/25/18 it’s a Demo and will lose 6months of my manufacture warranty.All documents given to me at time of sale & purchase have the new vehicle box checked off.I was told on 4/24/18 by Bryan Marchese the owners son & Chris Burbank their finance mgr. they will mail out a extended service contract which will be valid to 5/24/22 as compensation for their deceit & fraudulent conduct. More than a week passes and I receive nothing in the mail and contact Bryan to ask if it’s mailed out and was answered that it’s not and won’t be to contact Larry’s attorney.This is all documented and captured via our text messages including a picture of the actual contract dated 4/25/18 and signed by Chris Burbank.Calling the dealership one last time and speaking with Leslie Puleo who is married to Larry the owner, she requests to see the documented text trail of Bryan,Chris &myself and advices their is no need to get attorneys involved and it would be resolved to give her a day and she will call me.I never heard back from Leslie,so I called her back on 5-4-18 to inquire and was answered without professionalism and with lies of what she interpited to have found out which is false and without merit ending the conversation calling me a little girl and hanging up when I told her I have recorded facts and pure proof of everything.I am climbing the ladder as I referenced them I would get The BBB involved along with the Attorney General next and report their behavior, and finally if still not resolved to commence legal action.
