In short, massively inefficient and overcomplicated user tools, designed to hide high charges. I've had bank accounts and credit cards in various countries for 20 years. Never been more frustrated than my Caixa experience. Branches are disorganised, online portal is a nightmare to navigate, whole forests of paper printed for simplest things, bad opening hours...Greedy banks are not new, but Caixa at least make life harder on top with their bloated muddled operations .
