Below average service, whether or not the place is busy or idle. It seems that the staffs don’t bother or care much about customer service. Although if you are lucky and visit the branch in good timing, you might be able to get service by a friendly staff, but’s that’s really a 50/50 chance. The branch is very spacious and clean. Would be a better place with improved customer service.

Walked in at 4.20pm, 10 minutes before closing, asked to open a joint account with my partner. The lady worked with us past closing in order to get it set up there and then. Great customer service!
