I recently utilized Land Home Financial Services for the purchase of a home in Humboldt County. This is the second time I have worked with this company and specifically Melanie Mayberry. Melanie is very professional and prompt. She is very easy to work with and provides competitive rates through her company as well. I worked with Melanie once before when bought a home in Siskiyou County 5 years ago after struggling with a national mortgage provider. She came to the rescue and made a challenging situation an easy one. This time around after using her from the beginning of the process it was even easier. I would recommend Melanie and Land Home Financial to anyone in the area. I plan on staying where I am for a while but if i need any mortgage assistance my first stop will definitely be with Melanie Mayberry and LHFS.
