The lied and I payed the price.

What would you change about the experience?
I would have never gone with them for my credit card services.
Feedback:
I was told over the phone by the sales representative when I signed up that there would no contract for my account. After seeing the high charges for my monthly statements I wanted to cancel and go with someone else. They told me they did not say there was no contract, and charged me 350.00 for early termination fee. Very dishonest, I had a hard time getting anyone to get back in touch with me about this issue. Of course, it goes into the next month and I get charged another monthly fee. I paid all the fees just to get them out of my life.

They registered me really fast, like in the same day I called, pretty crazy but no issues at all so far…customers seem to like the mobile pay a lot

I've worked with them in the past and had no problems. The machine they gave me was pretty new and it was exactly what I needed. No company is perfect but Leaders will definitely do the job.

I’ve seen some complaints around the web but had very little trouble with their customer service. Short wait times and sorted out any issue quite well. Would recommend for business owners that want quick credit integration.
