These loan officers need to start treating current members better when coming up with interest rates, there should be no reason why I can go to another bank that I have no association with and get a better interest rate for any loan I need. This has always been a problem for me with lfcu and I have good credit !

Staff usually friendly and helpful, but there were TWO mistakes made on a loan through them. It was basically disregarded as if it was nothing, but it happened again! Not only is this a BIG mistake, but it effects the customers credit... highly NOT recommended.

Very nice people overall very good the only drawback I feel is that if someone writes you a personal check and they cash it, if they end up not having the funds they dock you...which Idk if it is the practice but I was never told or else I would have never done it.... Needless to say it screwed my acct ROYALLY

LFCU makes a mistake on my account and apologized for the inconvenience but I am still responsible for the mistake. I have been with them for many many years guess might be time to start looking for another bank
