This company did Nothing over six months. Greg LeFils reviewed my issue in September and said he was confident the IRS assessment was too high and he could help. Instead, the IRS is threatening to seize assets in 30 days. LeFils did nothing other than a short letter he claims was sent by first-class mail to the IRS in December. He did not do any type of followup afterward. Received another IRS certified letter in February saying we haven't heard from you, pay-up or we'll levy -- still LeFils does nothing whatsoever. No response to, or even acknowledgment of, my emails and phone messages requesting updates. Now it's April, I hand-delivered yet another IRS certified letter to his Orange City office. I asked LeFils why nothing had been done since December. He responded with a loud, desk-pounding tirade about the IRS and past clients, asking "what do you want from me". (Huh?!) Then he suddenly stood up glaring and said "you know, here's what I can do for you" and handed my thin, unworked file to me. Six months wasted with this guy. My IRS problem has gotten worse because of his inaction.UnprofessionalismUnresponsiveNo Quality

Took 2 months to do my taxes, then wanted my whole return as a fee ..old lady in the front has an attitude with me about me asking questions then asked me did i want her to throw my my paperwork away... Lol why not im not paying you after you being so rude and you waste both are time..may not be the company just the employee
