I use to be employed by Legacy Bank University Park Branch. To this day I have never worked with a group of people who I can consider to be close friends and family like to me. They preach to be friendly and hospitable to clients and they definitely practice what hey preach. Both the Branch Manager and Assistant were always kind and understanding to me and with clients when ever they interacted with them. They are a local bank which means when ever you have a problem and you call you get a live person that actually works at the bank to help you with your problem. They also have been adapting to the technology shifts in the industry and have either the same or better options available for mobile banking than most other banks. They have minimal fees on accounts and overdrafts so you wont get behind as fast as other banks. Overall this is a great bank from the very top with the presidents to the bottom with the Tellers.

There is a reason this bank only has 3 reviews that don't even seem real. Can't say I've ever experienced wrose customer service then I have here. As an old employee and someone who has banked here for about 2 years I moved to aurora and decided to keep them as my bank. Even though they are only in Southern Colorado. I call the Pueblo West branch and they always give my excellent customer service. It seems like when I call the University Park branch it is the opposite. I called to have my ATM limit raised so I can pull money out and pay rent. Pueblo West did that for me with no trouble what so ever. I called today and never got a legitimate reason as to why they would not raise my limit. Just that they could not and that the branch manager Chad was busy. So I called the Pueblo West branch an as usual they were able to do it. About 10 minutes later they called back to say Chad had not allowed that to happen... so Chad was able to call his other branch to now allow that to happen but has yet to get back to me about why that reason is. If you ask me that is terrible customer service to pretend to be busy. I worked there I know he sits in his office ALL DAY. If you want a bank that picks and chooses which customers to provide good customer service to then this is the bank for you. I'm sure you will have read this before Chad Pfief has the chance to get back to me. This is only 1 example of the terrible services they have here.
