During the holidays my family looked to settle two bad loans for an aging great grandmother. Mariner Financial on Security Blvd was polite, responsive and aided in a quick resolution. I highly recommend them. However, this branch of Lendmark did not bend, yield or show any compassion whatsover. To be in the customer service business, they did little to show any appreciation of their "customer" and their relationship skills are HORRIBLE. You might get approved quickly so they get you hooked -- but they treat you like a second class citizen after.Avoid this place on Baltimore National Pike like the plague.
