Just stayed at the Sofitel Queenstown. The moment we entered we were welcomed. Fantastic location. The staff at reception, in the bar, restaurant all went out of their way to ensure they gave a high quality service. You cannot mention staff without acknowledging the great work the Housekeeping staff do. They take pride in their work. Thank you for the most enjoyable stay. It was special to me as it was a Birthday celebration and I could not have wished for more.

Nice fancy hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. As a 5 Star hotel they are on the pricier side but that is to be expected. The rooms are amazing with heated bathroom floors, spa baths, dual shower sprays and the location is perfectly central everything.

Hotel is very clean, exceptional staff greet you on arrival and concierge accompany you to your room. Hotel is central to town, walk to all shops and restaurants, short stroll to the waterfront and bars.

索菲特皇后镇酒店所有的员工都非常友好热情，我很喜欢这里，而且这里的地理位置绝佳，处于皇后镇的最中心，但任何地方都非常方便。这里的早餐也非常好吃，让我至今都很留恋。如果一定要说有什么不足，那就是我们这次入住的房间楼层较低，完全没有任何景观可言，对于位于皇后镇的酒店而言，如果窗外不能看到无敌美景真是有些遗憾。也许酒店也有能看到美景的房间，希望我们还有机会可以体验。最后特别想感谢索菲特酒店的所有工作人员，你们给我们留下了非常好的印象，让我们的皇后镇之行非常圆满。
