Nice condo in beautiful position.

I rented a condo using VBRO for a month at Lighthouse Point. As you can imagine a month rental is not cheap on Sanibel. I have been vacationing on Sanibel for over 20 years and I have never had an encounter like I did today. The HOA president of Lighthouse point said and I quote "If you don't like it here don't rent here again". Some of owners who live here have nothing better to do than check parking passes all day and complain that paying renters have cars in the guest spots. I spent the last week of my month vacation dealing with owners who really don't want others renting in Lighthouse Point. There are many other nice places on Sanibel Island that don't have power hungry HOA presidents who have no power, but like to make renters vacations miserable.

Great resort, quiet pool and right on the beach. Very close to all amenities and Sanibel Sea School.
