I very highly recommend the Lightspeed POS program. I started with the system several years ago with MerchantOS, and the transition of Lightspeed taking over was smooth and efficient, and has improved even more with time. The ease of having a cloud based POS has been very beneficial, as I can check sales, inventory, reports, etc. from any location on my phone or iPad. I have not run into many glitches, and when I have it's usually something technical from my end. The support staff has been wonderful about walking me through every single step along the way. Whether it's a live chat or actual phone call, they will stick with you until the problem is solved. Also nice that tech support is available 24/7...as a retailer it seems most problems happen on a weekend. Nice to have a quick fix instead of waiting out the busy weekend.
