At beginning ,I was not happy. I ordered 10lbs dog food on 22nd of December, she told me will be ready the next day. On 23rd, I got a phone call saying that is not ready yet but I could come the next day at anytime to pick it up which is the Christmas Eve. So I came from centralia to the shop on Christmas Eve and no one there, ringed and no one answered. Left few voice massages. Waited for almost an hour , there was another man came to pick up his order, he is been told the same thing to coming at anytime. On 26th of December I received a phone call on my mobile from the owner and tell me that he was not feeling well and his daughter was too exciting about Christmas and forgot to tell him that there was few orders that was waiting for him. And I got my order delivered with more dog food and free of charge. And the dog food is really fresh and my dogs love them. Thanks for everything.
