I was Live Oak bank customer for 14 month with CD. Their communication is not the best and it seems that they have IT team on side lines, since my interest never posted on time to see on line. Also what kind of Internet banking doesn't have customer service on weekends? Before they did and now it came to nothing. My CD matured and I was promised that my new CD will be open right away after maturity date. Didn't see anything in computer so far. This bank gives best rate on CD, but compare with other bank I have it is not such a difference to go again with all this hassle. I started to consider to move my money to other bank
