We have tried contacting the bank for about a week about problems with accessing online banking. It's almost impossible to speak to anyone because of "high call volume." We have left several messages requesting a callback. Nobody ever calls back. When our CDs mature we will not renew them at Live Oak Bank or ever do business with them again. Horrible customer service.
