Have one CD, trying to open another. Same experience as all the other negative posts. Cannot access my account, told they have a new system. Customer service rep tried to make it happen from their end. Several hours later I received an authorization code and a different code on a separate e-mail. None of them worked. No return call so far. I will take a lesser rate and do business with a company that can keep me in touch with my investments.
