When I first came and applied for a loan the experience was awesome. Deniese at the 4th st location was very helpful.i paid the loan off the loan in 2 months with no problem. I want to take out a second loan and the process was short and easy. One thing I will say is the interest rates are way to damn high. Mr.Hatton who is apart of the legal department is very rude and unprofessional. He processed a unauthorized transaction on my account w/o my consent. And I called to speak with him he was very nasty and unprofessional and because of this I would never do business with them. I will not recommend this place to anyone especially if they are doing unauthorized transactions

I drove 44 min to get there to be told im banned. Ive been a customer since 2014 i took a loan Jan 2017 got on a payment plan and paid the loan off in full 2017. Because of the payment plan im banned eventhough i paid it off. This place us a joke save yourself the hassle and go to check n go

Predatory loans and a great risk. I borrowed and paid back the very next day. because of the changes in lending. They used to have awesome interest rates. Now its completely bogus and predatory. If you pay a loan down significantly normally your payment drops. Now even if you pay your loan down to less then half. They're still taking an extremely high payment and the amount that goes towards your principle is literally change. DO NOT GO HERE.
