Jumped through hoops to find out my application was denied. It’s funny as soon as you start asking questions, then you’ll get a call back. I was told my application was going to be done after an hour and it took three hours. I was hung up on during aPhone call. Melanie remained professional however her colleague (Bill) was unprofessional and made it out to be no their faults. He kept stuttering when I would ask questions and he didn’t know what to do when I asked certain questions. Steer clear and read some reviews on here. Crazy to hear and is quiteFunny to see it play in person. Glad I got denied!
