During the transition of mortgages from LANB to Fidelity Bank during December 2017 and January 2018, we were out of the country. Without the excellent customer service of Liddie Martinez we would never been able to make our initial mortgage payments to Fidelity Bank nor would we have been able to setup the Automatic Payment Service with Fidelity. With emails and international phone calls Liddie worked with us to accomplish the transition. Her customer service was a bright light in the otherwise dismal customer service we have experienced from LANB in recent years.
