We went to LANB to get our mortgage when we moved to the area. Our loan officer, Claudia, was fantastic. And when I say that I truly mean it! Our first meeting, she made sure that I understood all the terms that were used and how they applied to our specific situation. She and Devin (who is part of her team) were always incredibly prompt with sending emails to us about what information and paperwork was needed. Also, Claudia would often to call to make sure that I knew what was going on and to better explain anything that didn't make sense in email form. To top all this great work off, drove over an hour to be at our closing, which was a huge blessing as she helped keep our little one occupied while we were signing mountains of papers.I have worked with other people at the bank to do some other work and opened a bank account. Overall, I have been mostly pleased. They were able to get my account open so I could use a cashier's check at the house closing. There has been some issues with my debit card, that when asked about did not get truly fixed, so I am still working on that. I hope if I still can't get it that someone there will be willing to help me out. Final note, I got some help from one of the secretaries, and I have to say she is just about one of the sweetest people ever.UPDATE: Best bank ever! They saw this review and called me to get my debit card fixed. I worked with Lisa (the above mentioned sweetest person ever), who got everything fixed for me. Very thankful for them working on getting everything in order!
