I bought a truck through a dealership that financed through this company. When I had to go by to get all of the paperwork finalized it was like pulling teeth to get anyone behind the desk to stop their gossip and lunch break to acknowledge I was even standing there. They finally got the paperwork done on their side and that was the last thing I heard from them. The truck was then totaled and I set up a payment plan through the website, which has better customer service than the humans working inside of the office, making amends to exactly what I owed. I called the company and explained that I was not going to be able to make the full payment and they said it was just fine and I agreed on a date with the person in the office, so I thought. Checked my credit the next month and they had CLOSED the whole account without calling or letting me know this was happening. I would have paid SOMETHING to keep from this happening and after being told it was all fine and they were notating my account, the closed account was not what I expected. I then noticed that the automatic payments I had set up to start back in June was STILL going to come out of my account to pay them back, HA. Ill take the hit on my credit to pay other companies and NEVER give another dime to this company ever again. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
