I received a check in the mail from this company for 1,159 then the next thing I know they We’re garnishing my pay check every week total due 3,500 I don’t have no address nor name just Luckmore Finance.Bad Business To Lure In Customers By Mailing Them A Check.😡😡😡Reading all these comments did everyone of y’all go into the office? I also see that the owner responded to everyone comments but not once addressed mines!!

I’m currently paying a note on my car through luckmore, I have 4 payments left and have never been late on a payment since I’ve been financing with them. Unfortunately my car was stolen earlier this week, but knowing luckmore puts trackers in the cars of their customers I wasn’t very worried. 1st call to Luckmore was to inform them that the car was stolen b/c it coincidentally got stolen on the day of my payment. I was basically told to call the insurance company so that they could send over the remaining balance I had on the car. 2nd call (after I filed the police report) was to get an address on where my car was b/c I was willing to go out and get it back MYSELF instead of waiting on understaffed NOPD. The guy that answered literally said “we’re not the police” when I asked him to track my car and give me a location. Sarcasm towards a customer? Clearly y’all are not the police, but unlike the police you literally have an EXACT location on my car. 3rd call I got told the Internet was down and Chris even used this terrifying time to ask me about a family member’s account that has nothing to do with me. 4th call Zelia (forgive me if I misspelled) answered and saved the day. I probably called Zelia back specifically over 6 times in a 2 hour period to consistently track my car until I got it back. She is the only one that was willing to help me, everyone else (Chris and I didn’t get the other guy’s name) could not have cared less about me getting my car back but I GAURANTEE had i been delinquent on a payment they would have been putting that tracker to good use. Once my car is payed off I will not be doing business with Luckmore again which is very sad because everything was fine up until this point.

I recommend Luck More to anyone for any reason dealing with financial problems.Everybody’s situation is not the same but speaking on my experience with my low credit score they gave me a shot and from the bottom my heart appreciate thank you Luck More

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to the management team at Luckmore Finance with the auto loan team. They did everything they could to help me get approved for the vehicle I wanted. As an example, I called them constantly over the course of a month and they were always so patient with me. It was like calling a friend. I hope this reaches the right person because they deserve a lot of kudos. The answer is quite simple and it all starts with their philosophy and culture. This statement represents well the business purpose of their team but also the culture and how employees & customers can expect to get treated with the utmost respect & business pedigree. I would always highly recommend Luckmore Finance to any aspiring customer.

I have made several loans from Luckmore for my retail business in New Orleans. Each time I felt that I received very individual attention, and with each loan, I came away with the belief that the staff had addressed my needs and had always put my interests first. This is one of the last “mom-and-pop” loan companies in the City, and future customers should rest easy that they will be treated with respect and dignity.

I regularly dealt with not only the owner of Luckmore Finance, but also every associate on his staff in the process of making payments and rearranging/extending the loans. I found every single person to be polite, accommodating and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
