Feedback:
My mother and father passed away and I called the bank to close the account. They told me I had to get a session done to be able to close it. We did the simple session and filed with the court. We brought it to them and they said it's not good enough there was something missing. So I asked what was missing and they didn't know. Sounds like they are running us around in circles. I would never advise anyone to deal with this bank.
