DO NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE. I would leave no stars but that is not an option. This company is horrible. After being told by a rep my end date for my loan was Aug 6. I look and they have taken an extra payment so I call and get no where. Ask for a supervisor a month later I'm still waiting for them to call back. Finally 3rd payment comes out after this today. I phone irate as I've now incurred several NSF fees as a result of unauthorized payments being taken. Debbie the c u next Tuesday who answered the phone hung up on me. I'm not impressed now a 500 dollar loan has cost me 3000 by time interest is added and NSF fees and lost time trying to deal with these idiots. As well I have contacted a lawyer over this and possibly may have to get police investigating into fraud. They dug this hole they are going to lay in it. DO NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY.
