I’ve been with this company for years and I haven’t been disappointed! Never had a problem with my bank account or small loans. Any time my debit card was stolen or lost the replaced free. It has taken them a while before to replace, up to 2-3weeks. That was kind of difficult but you have the advantage of having an ATM card which most banks don’t have. Allows you access to your money in cases such as this. Hope my luck does not change with them because I’ve been satisfied thus far.

Apparently they cap how many times you can transfer YOUR money between YOUR accounts. Well I reached my cap on Sunday ( when they are closed) and became negative 1 cent. I tried to transfer money into that account and it wouldn't let me. Well come today, I get overdraft fees and when I called, they didn't even try to help and wouldn't reverse the fee. Sneaky way to steal people's money!

Magnolia CU doesn't even deserve the one star! Their customer service is garbage and then I had the experience one of their employees being a liar. I can't believe how terrible the customer service is here. I'm warning you...go somewhere else! You will be better off! Even if you have to drive a little further, Magnolia CU is not even worth you walking in to.

I never write reviews, but after today there is no way I could lets this go without saying I have been a customer there for over a year and was treated with such disrespect that I am closing my account. I waited 45 minutes to see a personal banker and then had to wait an additional 20 minutes while she placed a call to another customer while trying to assist me. Furthermore, the branch manager refused to speak with me an address my concerns. Their conduct was beyond rude and I would tell no one to bank there.

This credit union does not believe in customer service at all I've been standing in the line for 20 mins in the same spot no one has said anything......the employees are horrible, I wouldn't recommend this bank to my enemy!!!! 😡😡😡

This establishment is so unprofessional and ghetto. Be prepared to wait at least two hours if you need to see someone to handle business at this establishment! This credit union is not about the customer and I closed my account as of today!!!!

So far so good. I would give them 5 stars but it took awhile to get my debit card and i wish they were open on weekends. But the staff has been nice and easy to deal with.Update:Four months later closed the account after they tried tacking on 120.00 worth of overdraft fees ironically after rewarding me the 100.00 for joining them. Customer service is less than helpful and management even worse. After a lots of back and forth they refunded me 90.00 but refused the addl 30.00. Needless to say. I went through the BBB and they end up refunding the addl 30.00, so I got all my money back and happily closed the account.

As you can see by the majority of the reviews, this CU is absolutely terrible!I have been a member for 14 years. I am limited to what I can do to access my money. They make it extremely difficult. The employees do not return calls. I left 4 messages with 4 different extensions hoping to get information for a car loan, but no one returned my calls. If you are traveling and need more than the 300 atm limit, the max you can withdraw from a shared branch if you can find one is $1000.I am extremely Disappointed and the low level of customer service that I have experienced over the last year. A definite contrast from the way it was 10 years ago.The management team should all be replaced imo. I will be closing my account next week.
