I have banked with Maine Savings FCU for a few years now. I have never had as terrible experience with them as I did at their Brewer location. The teller was obnoxiously rude, refused to help with my fraud issue, and the manager on duty did not seem to take my complaint seriously. If you bank with MSFCU I would encourage you to steer clear of the location in Brewer. The staff in Old Town and on Broadway tend to be much more courteous, kind and helpful.
