Totally agree with Phanni Mp, worst ever service, and you stand in a queue for ages. Then they don't want to help you let alone talk to you with a real bad attitude. Seriously Manukau and Manurewa if your Manager is reading this you need to do something about it because your service sucks. Yous don't help in directing with postage then when we send an item paying extra fees but for what? Late service! Shame on you! follow the example of Papakura post shop, which after travelling from one end of south Auckland to another I have to travel that far just to get good service and help.
