Staff were very rude, one of the ladies even rolled her eyes at me while talking to me. I’ll be going out of my way to go to another post office as I won’t be going back there again.

Awesome shop with amazing staff. Knowledgeable and very efficient. Easy access as it's not directly in town. Sometimes can be a question but it seems to dissipate pretty quickly.

Tall woman with short blonde hair at Marewa, Napier branch is extremely rude and arrogant! I witnessed her treating a customer with contempt for no good reason. Couldn't believe her attitude and another customer told her so. She didn't like it but it needed to be said. I didn't know the customer but I'm pleased someone stood up for her because this kind of "service" is appalling. The other staff are good, it's just this one woman (is she the manager others have complained about?) She is giving NZ Post a bad reputation and needs to be hauled over the coals.

Maree, Alex and the team are like family. So caring and so switched on. They understand requirements from winz, and are so helpful with any enquiry. Even if you have no banking or postal or courier or car registration to do... Or pass Port photos, or opening an account, or advice on investments, or insurance, You just have to go for a look at the shop! Gifts ideas for miles! Guys, quick hint.... Here's where you hook the missus up with a nice bit of bling or a fancy bag or scarf or work of art! Ladies... There's stuff for the guys too! Yeah out of all the tourist spots in Napier... This is the best insider tip of all.....
