Awful! Do not do business with these people! My sales rep brought Marlin to me presenting an easier payment option. A women named Randy quickly sent over the contract and required me to sign electronically without providing any physical copies of the contract until after I signed and made the commitment. Even if you read every single part of the contract, what "may or may not" be charged is not clear. Their documentation fee is astronomical considering they are charging me 19% interest. They also tried charging me "interim rent" which could not be clearly explained. I complained and they took off the charge but if I didn't they would have charged me another $400 and it wouldn't have went towards the monthly payments I agreed upon. It was in addition to the 36 monthly payment I owed! Do not work with this company but if you have to, make sure they waive your interim rent charge and lower your documentation fee.
