Well for one all their advertised cars are at this location, but they are moving so they have literally nothing also if you want a car just go to Lakewood because no other place in the metro area does auto sales like they advertise.

Amanuel was awesome! He sold me a vehicle that I really just couldn't be happier! He took his time with my family, patience was high with my kids which I appreciated! The vehicle turner out to be reliable and durable! Many many more mile can be expected out of this vehicle. He didn't strong arm me or try to over charge me. We had an amazing experience with Amanuel, I highly recommend him when looking to buy.. I'll be returning when I'm out looking again!! Thank you!!!

I called and contacted sales guy about car I seen on FB marketplace he said I could come down to look at the vehicle but he was booked and he couldn't meet with me to buy a car Cash!!!! I had just got my income taxes I had cash in my pocket, I went down there and walked in office 2 sales guys at counter they were joking and laughing and on their phones they never asked can I help you or is there anything your interested in or looking for....I walked rite out and went down the street on 104th and bought a car Cash and was never told we're booked we can't sell you a car today....I will never go back to Massa Auto Sales and Im going to tell all my business associates and family to never go in there ever!!!! Word of mouth spreads fast and is the worst these days on social media for a business ....so if your in the market to buy a car or truck NEVER GO INTO MASSA AUTO SALES !!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Went in to pawn a motorcycle and the older ponytailed individual behind the counter was extremely rude and was doing everything he could to get us too leave. like telling us that there is no way to cash the check that we would have to do it tomorrow morning and we said go ahead anyway then changed the price he originally told us. we have a family emergency and took the low offer anyway. bottom line the broncos fan behind the counter needs to relearn customer service and how to show customers that he is there to help instead of showing customers that they are bothersome to him...

Good location best place to buy 1 or more vehicles. We purchased several vehicles for our maintenance/handyman company at a great price. We looked around Pueblo and Colo Springs and finally came to massa auto sales. I called the salesman and told him what we were looking for and how many truck/ vans we needed. Not only did they accommodate us but found what we were looking for in vehicles. A+++++++++ will defiantly shop there again.
