When the Saturn ION I bought from Mathison broke down, they would not fix it under their warranty. Instead they sold me a new car, and I was out the payments I made on the previous one. After a total of three years of faithful payments, I lost my job, and they re-possessed the car after two months of delinquency. I had expensive things and priceless things in that car which they threw away and I can never get back, such as family and baby pictures, birth certificates, and high school diplomas. Four years later, they are re-reporting "repossession" on my credit bureaus, as if it had just happened last month instead of years ago--which is illegal.Check out the customer reviews on The Better Business Bureau website. You'll find many more complaints like mine. Also, search for the story where Mathison Motors would not return an urn containing their customer's child's remains which was in the vehicle they repossessed. That happened in 2015.
