I purchased a vehicle here on 01/26/2018 and 3 days later, gears were slipping. I took it to the nearest dealership for this vehicle type and was told that the vehicle had a leak. So I immediately contacted Mathison Motors to apprise them of the situation. I was told to bring it in to their service department for diagnosis. Well they claimed there was no leakage and therefore not to be concerned. So I believed them. Well on the 8th of June the tranny went out and has been sitting at a transmission facility. I'm finding out that the warranty company will not honor the service contract citing that had the leakage been fixed in the first place that the tranny would not have faltered. Everyone is passing the buck. And no one wants to accept blame for whose at fault. It REALLY does not take the mind of a genius to figure out that I was sold a lemon! Please do not be fooled by this company of crooks. You're better off saving up and buying a car from a REPUTABLE dealer. They're sheisty and crooked! PLEASE BEWARE! I am taking my concerns to the Attorney General because EVERY other dealership that I have reached out to said the exact same thing, and that is, that they would have fixed the problem from the beginning had I purchased from them and that Mathison should have, in all fairness, treated me like they would have wanted to be treated had the shoe been on the other foot. But obviously that surely did not happen. I will be taking this owner to court!!!!
