I would stay away from any MB Financial product that you can. Terrible website, horrible customer service, lost documents, etc. Their money making model is to have their services so horrible to use that they can charge you fees for your "mistakes" after you've followed their instructions multiple times and they keep losing the documentation that you send them.

Lousy service not reading any notes before calling me. Kept calling me for a returned vehicle and stressed me out a lot as they claimed the vehicle I returned was not returned to them stating I'm responsible for it before checking thoroughly with Fletcher Jones.
