Hate to post bad reviews but watch the young inexperienced operates when they're loading you're equipment , all they care about is to get you out of there. also watch their dead row Have a hard time admitting all issues they know about. If it was worth fixing they would already have fixed it since that have their own shop

Purchased a 2014 JCB backhoe sight unseen from eBay. Description noted everything worked as it should. Received without the A/c working but everything else was as described. McGrew reimbursed me for the parts to fix the A/C and had it working in a few hours. Will do business again

bought two completely shelled out machines from this auction company. they were represented as running in good condition. neither machine would start and pull off the trailer upon arrival. both machines needed $10,000+ in repair work. these people are cons.

I am a trusting, and expect to purchase from a reputable company. Sadly Mcrew misrepresents equipment they sell. I was looking for a Skid Loader with HiFlow hydraulics. The machine was listed as HiFlow as well representatives “confirmed” it. You guessed it after purchase found it was not a HiFlow. I only deal with reputable companies, Mcgrew is not one.. Buyer beware.

Stay away from these guys. They are not honest people. Won the auction on a JCB 416 wheel loader that clearly stated in the description that "didnt go in reverse, but forward works great". When I received the piece of equipment the reverse worked great but the forward didnt work. This is clear and total misrepresentation which is auction fraud. STAY AWAY FROM MCGREW

Gary and everyone else are great. Ignore the negative reviews who only want to complain about a great business. They have lots of selection that changes constantly. Large property, easy access, definitely worth the trip!
