Instead of protect, bank loses/takes money from my savings account over the years. I have had an account with this bank for around 9 years or more, have not spent a cent as I use it to store my savings. I expected I might get some small interest building up over the years. I am surprise to see my account decreases every year. Even though I have not made a single transaction I see more than $100 mysteriously vanished from my account. Three years ago I found out they were charging me a month fee for a service I never even used, even though I called about removing me from this "voluntary" service they still continued charging me 3 years after seasonal calls for them to stop. I expected local banks to protect your money and allow it to build in interest, not take it from under your nose. I plan to move to another bank.
