I wasn't happy with something that happened at mega cash and I thought I'd vent on the ratings site. I have since learned that this is standard procedure and I therefore humbly apologize.The reason for my rating is totally different to this. I am ex-military suffering PTSD and Dean, despite all the grief I had given him in the past, was only too happy to help me with my greatest dilemma this morning.I'm not ashamed to say that it just goes to show who the bigger man was here Dean, and I thank you not only for that, but for your service over the years.
