Overall Feedback:
I'm on day 5 with no broadband internet thanks to Megapath/Fusion. I'm operating 2 business, all using cloud-based applications, all using VOIP, all hung out to dry. Fusion dodges and weaves, won't call back, leaves me on hold for 30 minutes, escalates to no avail, and still my internet is down for 5 days. They are reselling internet on a leased FIOS line and they don't even seem to know who owns the line and who is supposed to fix it. Now nobody is taking responsibility for it. I told them I would just buy direct from Frontier: they threatened early termination fees. It's mean to say these guys are the worst of the telecommunications companies, but it's fair to say they epitomize the rotten customer service I've come to expect from that industry.
