Some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced. It had a "sleezy used car sales" feel to it...specifically, the ignorant staff.Not sure or how this store is still in businesses.

To me they were professional helpful people. The place is small private space so I felt comfortable. I just needed a short term loan for my business and they gave me half the interest rate for picking up my loan the first month. Thanks guys!

Have been dealing with this place for 2 years for my gold and silver chains. Used to be treated with common courtesy, however I believe the place is under new ownership/management and has now lost my business as a repeat customer due to the sheer rudeness of their staff.
