This company is also going by the name company.com. If I could post negative stars, I would. I will never recommend Merchant Data Systems, also going by Company.com. Our contract ended, we even gave notice before the end date as a professional courtesy in the least, they still attempted to collect an extremely large termination fee. There are merchant service providers out there who cost less, have better user-portals to navigate your daily accounting, and will never charge you a termination fee. I have the statements, invoices, contracts, and emails to back my claims.

I have 11 restaurants accounts with Merchant Data Systems for 9 years and i must say I have yet to have any problems other then a few fairly long wait times on thr which is normal with big company these days. My rates are great and deposit clear next day so my experience has wonderful this company.J.R. Blumberg

The worst cc processor company. They always change and charge different fees and if you do not check the statement, you never know about these charges. In addition, they canceled our membership suddenly and without notifying us, they debited from our bank account $ 852.95, when I saw the debit in the account, call them to ask about it, they told me it was because we had not processed cards for a month and half, I explained that it was not our responsibility since the satellital machine was broken, and we sent it to them to fix it, meanwhile they were going to send us another to continue working but always said that it would be ready. That was a big problem for our bussines. Although I explained everything, they canceled anyway, we were never warned about your decision, we only found the debit in the account suddenly.As if it was not enough, a few days before we had also debited $ 99.99 for the annual renewal and neither wanted to refund us even though we were not going to continue working because they did cancel the membership,. They did not care the customers , we worked with them for several years despite the problems we had during that time and they do not care.

Cancelled my account and was charged $2000. Spoke with my client rep David Gutman and he said he would not charge me the $2000 if I would stay with them. I rather pay the $2000 than to have to deal with a company like this and thats exactly what I did

Do not use this company!!! I signed up with Merchant Data Systems in 2012 and when I signed my agreement it was written in 2 inch bold letters NO CONTRACT!!! When I changed processors in 2015 they debited my account $1910.60 for an early termination fee.I called them and they reviewed the agreement and said they made a mistake and would refund my money.To this date this has never happened and they have continued to debit my checking account for fees even though services have been canceled.I am being forced to close my checking account to stop them from stealing anymore money.White collar crime at its worst.Save yourself time and money this company is HORRIBLE!!!
