When you call in and ask if this is any fees for canceling they tell you the agreement is with the sales man. I'm like when you get a cellphone plan you make an agreement with the company not the sales man. The sale man could just lie about the contract information. When you ask for a manger they transfer you to a voice machine. What kinda company can't tell you the terms of the agreement.

Have been using Merchant Service Group for credit card processing for the last few months. Very pleased with the service that was received and how fast the money is processed into our account. It is super fast and will be switching over our other businesses soon. Plus Chad has been great to work with and responsive to our questions. Best credit card processor I have used in 21 years of doing business.

Not recommended this company. When they called me they said rate is 1.01% that all i need to pay. But first month they charged 550$ for 16000. Tried call back to cancel and find out is contract 36 month each month 50$ so i need to pay 1650$ for cancellation fee. ( when they start i ask them is no contact and they said yes i can cancel any time ). Do not bussiness with a scamming company.

The facts: We did business with these guys for about a year, but found better rates elsewhere. We cancelled per protocol, but ended up being charged minimum statement fees the following month. We called and notes on their end showed the cancellation, so a promise was made for reimbursement. We never received it. Now we've had three months of charges, and we've left three messages about it to date. Never a returned call. Save yourself a headache and look somewhere else for a company with integrity.
