The times I've had to deal with them and talk to them over the phone their reps have been courteous and helpful. My only issue is the lack of providing account statements, which is just not right. If you have a loan or an account somewhere usually a statement is disclosed monthly. So they really need to update their system. No one wants to call in every time they have a question.
