I don't understand some of the complaints. You people signed a contract and this company provided 3rd party financing. Your complaints center around problems of your own making! If you wanted to pay less pay cash! Read the contract before you sign! If you're signing you're buying! This is a financial company not mommy & daddy! There are penalties for late payments! And if you had problems with your sales rep that's on the company you purchased from not these wonderful people who financed you. With just a little personal financial responsibility none of these negative reviews would be here! I've had an excellent experience with this company! Everyone I've dealt with have been kind, patient, and helpful. Last winter even the manager was willing to assist me through a rough patch. They been nothing but true professionals in every way!
