My husband signed up for this service against my advice. Why would you pay $30/month when you can use PayPal or Square for no monthly charge? He canceled it in March and they stopped charging us. He was killed in a car accident in July and they sent charges through in August and September. I called them and they were from a customer wanting a refund. Fine, but that needs to come from his estate, not from my personal account. They said that they can't make any changes unless THE ACCOUNT HOLDER asks for them. The account holder is DEAD! They kept repeating the same thing. They would not contact my husband's estate because they said HE would have had to tell them to do that. Seriously??? He did not know ahead of time that he was going to die. Also, when I first called, the first person I spoke with had no trouble finding the account, but she couldn't help me. The person she transferred me to had a lot of trouble finding the account. When you're waiting on hold (for a long time), it says to press one and they'll call you back ... but nothing happens. The music just continues. DO NOT sign up for this company. It's a rip off, and they insist on dealing with dead people.
