Horrible customer service what kind of company doesn’t even contact you of a bill so that you can pay it. Instead they sue you so they can get more money. I would suggest filling a complete to the Trad Commissioner for bad business practices.

Very nice. Had received a call, was aware that I had a copay I forgot to pay for. Thankfully they offered to call again after my paycheck. Both times they were patient despite me struggling to find my wallet. Places like this only have bad reviews because people don't like paying money they owe, or spend money they forget they have to pay back. Lovely people.

Absolute jerks on the other end. They left me a message with basically no info as to who was really calling and who they were trying to reach...."Mr.Porter" on the other end yells at me and hangs up after I asked him why they didn't address my name when the message was left? Horrible and unprofessional customer service.

People are rude and unprofessional. They called because of a copay that I didn’t pay. I told them that I had requested Swedish to process it through my coinsurance before paying it and they told me that either I pay it now for what it costs or I get marked on my credit. I have a well paying job and have paid every other bill from Swedish. Why wouldn’t I pay this one if it was right? Swedish should be ashamed to be associated with this company. I will never go back to Swedish again for anything because of this company. There are plenty of other great hospitals

Their agent John comes into our office stating that they are our collection agency when in fact they are not. Dishonest company that uses misrepresentation tactics. He is very condescending and downright rude whenever he appears in our office.

The most unprofessional and unproductive company I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Somehow it takes them 5 plus days to generate a letter of payment. Then if you call they lie to you about their "system" being the problem. Don't use them, if you have a debt through them pay the company directly. Trust me.
