This company needs to be put out of business! How do you take something off someone credit, and not report it but keep it in your records, saying that this debt is still owed! See the problem was I requested over and over again proof that the debt was true, and they couldn’t provide that so they decided to not report it, but still keep it in there records! Well I have contacted a lawyer and if they can’t provide me with the emails/ phone records saying that I owe this debt, I will be suing them! It’s sad that anyone has to go to this extent. Sad thing is it’s for school and I finish because I’m not paying something I don’t owe! I have also contacted the department of education and they will also be requesting that prove be shown! They know there wrong that’s why there not reporting it on my credit! FYI the class was 960.00 and they claim I owe them 510.00 dollars! They keep the other part of my grant instead of sending it back, because I never attended the class. Now an investigation from the grant department is being done! Because the money should have been sent back! All this could have been cleared up just be providing me proof, that I asked to stay in the class, which I hadn’t attended any classes in almost a year! Make that make since to me!

They are the worse collection agency I've ever dealt with. They never called me once. She said they made 13 attempts to call, but could not even tell me the phone number. Hmmm. I never even knew until they dinged my credit for a measly 114.00. I called, paid them and demanded they remove it from my credit report. They claimed they did. NOT. Killed my Credit score. Talked to my attorney. He looked into it and said there are many similar complaints. They did take care of it at the end after many calls.

They swear it takes 30-45 days to remove a debt. I paid them and another creditor the same day in full and the other creditor deleted the information from my credit. They said they requested for deletion on the 4th of June, LIES!! I called the credit bureaus and they said the last update was May 16th and they never received a request for deletion. This creditor is messing with my mortgage application. FYI: I took responsibility for the debt, I paid it in full now I want it deleted.

Merchants &Medical is a debt collector so of course they are going to try and get the money you own their clients, that their jobs. I have had a great experience with Don Richards he super helpful and with his help I am not debt free! Thank you so much Don!

A bunch of bullies. Rude. Will not work with you on anything. Won’t accept any amount of money that you can afford to pay. Hard times happen to good people. I would have given zero stars, but that is not an option.
