I have been a customer of merchants XL for years. Jeff saved me from being locked into a horrible company, Elliot management. Jeff took the time to go thru my contract with Elliot management and help get me out of it. I was being charged crazy high rates and Jeff has allowed me to save so much money in fees. The customer service is always on point and Jeff and his team go above and beyond to helpIf there are any issues. I strongly reccomend switching over to merchants XL you will be so happy that you did! I mean all that money you will be saving can go toward something else your business might need!!

MerchantsXL has great Customer Service and you actually get to speak to a person, no auto response. The owners have been a tremendous help to me and are always very timely in their response and action to correct a problem. They make it quite easy. Once you have established your relationship with them, no jumping thru hoops to get something done, they simply do it! Great company!

I came to MerchantsXL looking for a credit card processor that was dependable, accessible, and offered affordable rates. I found all of the above in them. This isn't a faceless company like the rest with little accountability...this is a group of individuals that work hard to produce results. You talk to them directly, they tackle any issue with their undivided attention, and possess the dependability that is virtually non-existent in business today. Skip the learning curve and just do business with these guys...that's my advice.
