We have been a member for over 17 yrs. Merck Fed Credit Union in general have been there for us along the way. I hardly ever go into the branch, most of my transactions are over the phone or online and the staffs and customer service are first class. They are kind, helpful and compassionate when we have unavoidable situations ( I am fortunate to have worked mostly with Donna not with Miriam and if I come across her I sure hope that I will not have the same experience I have read below about her. There really isn't a place for rudeness, everyone is replaceable). Unlike the big banks, MFCU fees are realistic and they don’t rip you off on unnecessary bank fees. We are a customer for life. Thank you Merck FCU keep up the job.
