Most expensive, overpriced shop in town. 2-3 days for repair of chainsaw I was told. Two weeks later, they were "just getting around to it- been busy" I was informed after I called. I was charged 3 times what a new carb costs, for a rebuild of the old one. The cherry on top of this debacle- got it home, and it still would not start. They used to be great, I wrote positive reviews going back 10 years. Not sure what happened, or why they went so far downhill, but never again. The previous 2 times, I have had equipment repaired, I noticed their service going down and prices going up, but was generally okay with things. Never again. They will never receive another dollar from me, or anyone else that I will encourage to take their business anywhere else.GO ANYWHERE - except Mikell's Power Equipment.
