We were told we could do a transaction at our branch. When we arrived we are told we could not. Are teller wasn't apologetic or necessarily friendly. Certainly not helpful

Of Grossmont:The only the time the Branch Manager (who I rarely see communicate to his customers when I be there) communicated to Me was today: when he broke into MY CHAT. About (me) asking why an unidentified MFCU male )black pants/longsleeve black shirt( was visually monitoring the teller's screen when I was doing a transaction with that 1 teller. A teller who was very comfortable assisting me, as a longtime MFCU customer.As the controversial male was visually groomed of a certain nationality. A nationality that be opposed to to my nationality/name. His facially looking uncomfortable, in having me around his personnel. ~this be more of a reason to make a customer to feel uncomfortable. After all, when I [later] began telling my analogy towards the one of that grooming. The Branch Manager broke in. I eventually got told "TO LEAVE." As the employee of the certain grooming NEVER said anything in why he stood behind his teller who I transacted with. As she knew me as a repeat customer; she never having dislike to me. The Branch Manager giving no apology, that means that I had been correct the entire time. As the Branch Manager would not admit to being wrong.That his employee's move was for the reason of judging my Nationality. Why don't they judge me by my credit history.~~The tellers were the ONLY innocent ones, on that day. (effect of that visit): As I make my next visit, after a wide spread of time. Even one of the tellers is not the same in c.s. anymore. On My next visit: deeply decreased c.s. attention; won't even look at Me. Barely saying a word to Me. Just accept a check that I bring "to deposit." Via read the check to verify, process; slow time in accessing Me a receipt -- once done in verifying the check. Her making sure that I was aware that I was not going to be looked at nor spoken to.This be why there are cameras (esp) in such business.
